    • RollStream works on most Web browsers and has specifically been optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 and 7, and Mozilla Firefox 2 and 3.
    • RollStream supports Windows XP, Vista, and Mac OS X.
    • RollStream currently supports the en-US locale (US English) and is built using a UTF-8 encoding. Most user-driven content, including all communications and customized data can be presented in any language.

  • Can I import and export data to RollStream?
    Yes. We have a simple import and export tool allowing data portability. There is an error correction capability built into imports to ensure data integrity, and step by step import/export management.

  • Can RollStream integrate with my ERP / back end / CRM / Outlook?
    Yes, RollStream has a REST-based API which leverages HTTP and XML. Any environment that can access RollStream via HTTP and can manipulate XML can use the RollStream API for integration, including SAP, Oracle, SharePoint etc integration.

  • What resources do I need to operate RollStream?
    RollStream is a zero-install solution that is 100% accessible over the Internet and only requires a computer with connectivity to the Web. User training is simple and RollStream is designed to be used by any business person. If administrative support is required, we advise customers to involve their IT teams during initial set up, so that there is a broad appreciation for how data is stored and managed in the RollStream supplier master data directory. However, no IT resources are required for implementation – our application can be delivered in hours, for immediate use.
