Kristin Muhlner, Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Kristin has overall management and strategic oversight of the company. She brings a strong background in business-to-business and middleware technologies, coupled with deep expertise in leading high-growth software organizations.
Prior to joining RollStream, Kristin served as EVP, Product Development for webMethods from 1998 to 2007, when the company was acquired by Software AG. With responsibility for product strategy, product management, engineering, and delivery, Kristin led the development and ongoing evolution of the company’s highly acclaimed software products. During her tenure, the company grew from approximately $1M to over $200M in revenues, held the leadership position in numerous analyst assessments, and executed eight highly successful acquisitions.
Before joining webMethods, Kristin served as Senior Manager at Deloitte and Touche Consulting, where she led ERP implementation projects for key clients across North America. She holds a B.A. in economics from Rhodes College.
Jay Jayamohan, Founder,
Chairman & EVP of Corporate Development
As EVP of Corporate Development, Jay has responsibility for establishing strategic partnerships in both the private and public sectors. He is a founder and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Prior to founding RollStream, Jay led Comter, an IT consulting firm & from $400k to $15.0 million in revenue and subsequently landed the firm at number 10 on the Washington Technology Fast 50 firms in 2003. Before joining Counter he was practice leader
with the Enterprise Application ERP group at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Jay’s international experience includes leadership in the transformation of BFG international, a Middle East manufacturing firm through innovative new product development partnering with FRP Marine a Japanese firm. He brings multi-industry process re-engineering expertise including optimization of the production plant for Alind, one of the largest cable manufacturers in India.
Jay was selected to the MindShare, an exclusive program for CEOs of emerging companies in the greater Washington Metropolitan region.
He holds a M.S. in Management Information Systems from George Mason University.
Nick Parnaby , Founder &
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Nick has responsibility for marketing, professional services, and business development . He is also responsible for strategic sales campaigns and company evangelism.
Prior to co-founding RollStream, Nick served as Chief Marketing Officer and SVP of Marketing and Services at Agentrics LLC (formerly the World Wide Retail Exchange (WWRE)) where he was responsible for growing the exchange to 200 customers and over $40 million in annual revenues. He is known throughout the analyst community for his knowledge and vision of collaborative supply chain technology.
Before joining WWRE, Nick was a Principal with Computer Sciences Corp., where he led procurement technology and strategic sourcing programs for Global 500 businesses, and assisted high-growth startups on the west coast of the USA to establish operations and obtain venture capital. He holds a Masters Degree in Marketing from the University of The West of England and a B.S. in Computing & Software Engineering from the University of Northumbria.
Dave Murrell,
Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, Dave is responsible for creating and implementing the company’s technology strategy and vision. He brings over 16 years of experience in the software development and technology consulting industries.
Prior to joining RollStream, he served as Chief Architect and Vice President of Engineering at Software AG, where he was responsible for setting and executing the technology vision for the webMethods products line. While at Software AG, David was instrumental in integrating the webMethods product suite within the entire Software AG product portfolio.
Before joining webMethods, Dave served as an executive consultant with CGI-AMS. During his tenure he was responsible for technology direction OF CGI-AMS’ federal ERP products and consulting services.
He holds a BS in computer science from Carnegie Mellon University.
Ed Henry, Vice President of Finance
As Vice President of Finance at RollStream, Ed is responsible for all aspects of RollStream’s finance and accounting activities including financial results reporting, budgeting, planning, treasury, human resources and legal. He brings over 15 years of finance and accounting experience in the software development and telecommunications industries.
Prior to joining RollStream, Ed served as Seniorr Director of Finance at RealOps, Inc. where he was responsible for all aspects of the company's finance, accounting and administrative functions and played an instrumental role in the company 's acquisition by BMC Software.
Before joining RealOps, Ed held various
positions in Federal Relations with Qwest Communications as well asmultiple finance, accounting and operational roles with XO Communications, Sprint Nextel and Ernst & Young.
He holds a BS in Accounting from West Virginia University and a MBA from Georgetown University.
